NBBC is moving to a new kind of church record keeping solution called Realm®. It primarily serves the administrative needs of our staff, but it also offers some exciting opportunites to support the way you are involved in our church. Not only will this improve work life for our ministry staff, it will make it easier for our church family to connect with each other, keep up with what’s going on, and grow as a connected community of believers.
WHY USE REALM
Being the church doesn’t just happen at the church, Realm helps us serve you better and lead this church well between Sundays. Everyone can be connected from anywhere at any time, right from our mobile devices. It engages everyone in the life of our church by supporting the healthy relationships essential to our church’s mission. We’ll stay organized, and you’ll stay informed about all of the opportunities for fellowship. When we share life together, we will grow together.
WHAT CAN I DO IN REALM?
a). Register for in servce worship b). View the calendar and get links for online services and classes c). Update contact information and profile picture for the church’s digital directory d). Find and join a group, communicate with other members of a group (sharing photos, prayer requests, ideas, events, meetings, documents, etc.)
HOW IS MY INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE
Realm is not open like a social network; it’s made up of only those people in the NBBC church body, and you choose which people can see it. Your information is your information. 1. You have complete control over who can see your contact and personal information. 2. Contact information is never public or searchable on the Internet. Any information you elect to make visible to your church family is always protected behind a login. 3. Authorized staff will always have access to your profile information. 4. You and certain authorized staff may update your profile information. In some cases, your group leader may update your contact information if you have made it visible to group leaders.

Realm is an online ministry tool designed for real-time connection. It helps our church connect with you, and you connect with us. Realm allows you to manage your personal information and who is allowed to see it, and keep in touch with the groups and ministries that matter to you.
